Conditions credit voucher & refund Amsterdam Wine Festival

This arrangement is based on the global agreement between ACM, the Consumers Association and industry on refunds and vouchers for events that have been moved or canceled as a result of measures to combat the Corona virus. This agreement can be read on: These conditions only apply to the sale of tickets that provide access to the Amsterdam Wine Festival event of Amsterdam Wine Festival B.V. to the holder of (a) ticket (s) (hereinafter: “Customer”). Any purchased by-products, such as tokens and merchandise are not covered by these conditions. The original conditions of sale remain in full force for these by-products.
The choice made by the Customer is binding and applies to all tickets in the order. The choice of the Customer replaces or changes the existing agreement between Amsterdam Wine Festival B.V. and the Customer.

Article 1: if the Customer chooses a voucher
If an event has been canceled as a result of the measures to combat the Corona virus, the Customer can opt for a voucher (voucher). If an event has been moved as a result of the measures relating to the fight against the Corona virus, and the Customer has notified Amsterdam Wine Festival B.V. within four (4) weeks after the announcement of the relocation of the event in question that he / she is prevented on the new date of the moved event, the Customer can choose a voucher.

The existing agreement between Amsterdam Wine Festival B.V. and the Customer regarding the original order will be changed by this choice. The Customer accepts that his / her original order gets cancelled and that his / her right to access the event expires. The Customer also agrees that this choice will void his / her right to a refund of the original ticket price and service fees. The Client agrees to receive a voucher.

The voucher will be sent via a voucher code to the email address with which the original purchase was made. The email with the voucher code will be send from June 2020 on (or sooner if possible) to the Customer. The value (credit) of the voucher includes the original ticket price, including any booking or service fees.

The value of the voucher can be used to purchase a ticket for events from Amsterdam Wine Festival B.V. until September 30, 2021. The period of validity is stated on the voucher. The voucher is invalid after September 30, 2021. The credit on your voucher can no longer be used.

If the voucher value is not sufficient for the new order, the difference will have to be paid by the Customer. If the voucher has more credit than the new order, the remainder will be paid out as a new voucher to the Customer.

Article 2: if the Customer chooses a refund
If an event has been canceled as a result of the measures to combat the Corona virus, the Customer can opt for a voucher (voucher). If an event has been moved as a result of the measures relating to the fight against the Corona virus, and the Customer has notified Amsterdam Wine Festival B.V. within four (4) weeks after the announcement of the relocation of the event in question that he / she is prevented on the new date of the moved event, the Customer can choose to get a refund.

The existing agreement between Amsterdam Wine Festival B.V. and the Customer regarding the original order will be changed by this choice. The Customer accepts that his / her original order gets cancelled and that his / her right to access the event expires. On the other hand, the Customer is entitled to a refund of the original ticket price and service costs in cash by Amsterdam Wine Festival B.V.
The refund of the original ticket price and service costs will be made using the same payment method used to make the original purchase. If the event is canceled, the refund will be made no later than three (3) months from the date of the canceled event.
